Base for today's manicure is Sparitual - Sacred Ground.
I love Sparitual polishes- they all have excellent formula, great colors, and only thing I can complain is brush... here I go about brush again... I really dislike skinny brushes. It is really hard to apply the polish evenly when you have to go over one nail ten times...
Sacred Ground is quite unique. They qualified it as glitter, but I would not call that a glitter. We have deep grey base with loads of flakies in gold, purple and blue, creating stone like surface, that just looks textured, but in reality this polish dries smooth. On above swatch, I applied two coats and no top coat.
This polish is so moody, dark and mysterious, and in the same time, all of the different colors flakies makes it so sparkly.
I triple stamped image from Born Pretty BPL-041 stamping plate. Actually, I stamped one design twice using Clear Jelly Stamper first with Konad - Yellow, then with Hit the Bottle - Hololulu Blue. Next image I stamped using Esmaltes da Kelly - Chico.
This ended up quite somber, I wish I used brighter colors to brighten up this dark base.
Just because that, I 'jazzed' this up by adding some colored rhinestones.
This is it from me, I wish you all a wonderful week.
Cheers!
