I've done this one for Messy Mansion nail art contest, but I may do another one, I was not completely happy how this one came along. Trick is to use only Messy Mansion stamping plates... I do have few of them, but nothing really spring related...
Here goes nothing
2. Using Sally Hansen - Sunny side up, I did random horizontal and vertical brush strokes. Trick here is to remove as much as possible polish off of the brush, on the neck of the bottle. This is also known as Dry brush technique.
3. Dry brush some Sally Hansen - Hot wasabi over... You can do as much or as little as you want...
4. Same technique was used with Sally Hansen - Blizzard blue. What we got here is almost like fabric weave. I really like uniform randomness of this. I also think that those colors really go great together.
5. Now is stamping time: I stamped leaves from Messy Mansion MM07 stamping plate using MoYou London - Meadow green. That is only plate that I used for this manicure. In all honesty, I should of stop here. This looked really fresh and spring like.
6. I obviously did not stop here, or there would not be next few steps... I picked medium sized image of carnation, and using Hit the bottle - Psycho Pink and Sally Hansen - Jumpin' jade I stamped this image on my nails. I could not leave it alone, so using my clear jelly stamper and Kaleidoscope Stm.10-Peach, I double stamped carnations. I liked even this look, but I needed a crowd I guess, which take us to a next step.
7. Using Mundo de Unas - Tuti I stamped roses so carnations would not be lonely... some of them I double stamped with Mundo de Unas - Mexican pink.
8. Last step is adding a top coat to seal all of this work. I used Seche Vite - Fast drying top coat.
I just hope all of this made some sense to you. My roses and carnations are just leaves at this moment, so for photo-op I picked one of my daffodils, as one of the spring flowers currently blooming in my garden...
Thank you for visiting, and see you tomorrow.
