Lacking some awesomeness here, I tried something different. I started with black polish as a base on all but my ring finger (Sally Hansen - Black Heart). I sponged Joe Fresh - Twilight first to about half of the nail length, then I sponged some Revlon - Cosmic flakies topper, only on the tips - trying to achieve some kind of flakie gradient.
On my ring finger I tried with doing some gradient over 'naked' nail, but it looked so bad, because Twilight flakies are suspended in black jelly... Changing my mind, I sponged it over whole nail, and to protect my cuticle area as much as possible, I used Glisten & Glow - CTRL-ALT-DEL latex barrier.
I did sponge some Cosmic flakies over this, and convinced myself that I achieved some depth here.
I decided to do some simple stamping, and I picked MoYou London - Artist 09 plate, and for stamping I used Hit the Bottle - I wish I was a Mermaid and Mundo de unas black.
I needed few layers of Glisten & Glow - HK-Girl top coat to cover up all flakies. I found that they can be on the sharp side, and would drive me to distraction to keep on snagging on everything...
