This was fun to do, and all done freehand just for you!
First is did gradient featuring this colors: Sally Hansen - Babe blue, Ciate - Sugar plum and Talent scout and Finger Paints - Dance till dawn for bit of shimmer.
Rest was done with acrylic paints. this would describe a dark night, witching hour.
I grew up in the town by the river, so on my index finger I did bridge silhouette. There is always someone burning midnight oil, being just a parent of baby, working or studying to catch up with deadlines... Every town have at least one park, where street lamps along the pathway trying to pierce through silky darkness, but only succeed in shining columns of light straight down, and changing to color of leafs from black to silvery white on the nearby trees and bushes... One of the things most towns have is clock tower. Sometimes it is free standing, or it may be attached to train/bus stations for late night travelers, or it is on the church tower chiming hours as they pass...
