I love rustle of the fallen leaves on the ground, and l would kick through them and watch them fluttering around my feet. Those were my "recharging the batteries" kind of walks, and I preferred them in solitude. There was always plenty of benches around where you can sit down and just relax. I would sit and slowly drink up colors, smells, sounds and feeling of belonging.
Today I am taking you to one of the benches, where you can catch a breath, and just enjoy that moment in time. In this fast, hectic rhythm of our lives, little bit of 'Zen' time just for you. This wrought iron bench is just what doctor ordered.
For base I used Butter London - Wallis, and that is one of those unusual colors of polish that I like. This is murky green with a gold shimmer, and for some reason first word that pops in my mind when I reach for it is - antique. Good thing is - stamps like a dream, and I stamped my bench with it. Crème green is Avon - Lime splatter, subdued mint green. I used it to stamp branch over the Wallis.
I also used Mundo de unas - Mexican pink for flowers, and yellow polish and fine brush for detailing. All images are from MoYou London Mother nature collection 11 stamping plate.
I can only hope you feel the serenity I was trying to convey with this manicure.
