This is Moyra - Stamping plate 53 - Textures.
In a nutshell, you place dots of stamping polish on the edge of the image, scrape it once or twice, and voila, you have gradient... in a nutshell as I said. This require much more practice, control over the scraper pressure, or you will end up with the 'bold' spots. Mustering that was much easier than mustering pick up of the gradient. That was tricky part for me.
First of all, I used that for application of the white base, and that worked fair enough. Gradient was trickier - it looked good enough on the plate, but much rougher looking on the nail.
Colors used for gradient were: Esmaltes da Kelly - Kaa (yellow) and Bruce (green) and Hit the Bottle - Smurf Blood.
I topped this with China Glaze - Glistening Snow - holographic topper, but I thought that this topper just made my gradient 'foggy', and I regretted use of it. what was done, was done - so I decided to present you misty morning in the country side.
This pastoral scene has some scarecrow, haystack, windmill, some plowed fields, and birds unsure should they descend on the ground, or keep on flying.
For stamping, I used Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night, and all images are on MoYou London - Mother Nature Collection - 09 stamping plate.
I hope you will enjoy.
