Showing you sunny pick yesterday, brought sun out today - it seemed it only needed to be shown what to do. Another sunny shot, to see if we can have it two for two.
Base is Brazilian - Jade Special Glitz - Echarpe de Seda which in translation would be Silk Scarf. Pretty name and pretty polish. I never used to wear red polishes much, but as older I get, bolder I like to look. For me, there is nothing sexier than a red polish. This one looked deeper in the bottle, but showed bit lighter on the nails. When I was looking it in the bottle only, I was expecting it to be textured, as that glittery jelly looked pretty coarse, but applied to the nail pretty smooth. Every time you use glittery polish, you can expect some sort of uneven surface when finished, but this was not the case with Echarpe da Seda. Lovng this cherry red on me, and extra glitz was too pretty. I was going grocery shopping with hubby (I know, such a glamorous life I live), and all I did was oooh and aaah every time sun would hit it.
After wearing this plain for the shopping trip, I came home and did some stamping on it.
Stamping images are all on Bundle Monster BM-211 stamping plate. I am so happy that I have Clear jelly stampers, and I can finally use all of those images I wanted to use, but did not want to fiddle with positioning...
Perfectly positioned and picked up image is thing of beauty. All images are first stamped with Esmalte da Kelly - Doguito. Ring finger image was triple stamped using Doguito first, then Maybelline - Bold Gold, and then Mundo de Unas - Black. I always though of that image as of some kind of spidery design, until I stamped it - my `spiders` turned out to be - poppies. Go figure!
It seems that I really need some new glasses...
