Hubby hated this one something fierce, and kept telling me how I missed the spot!. I know - he is real peach! This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I loved it. First - it is purple. How you can not love purple manicure? Answer is beyond me.
Second, I did negative space gradient, and I really love to show off my stained nail beds... took lots of polish to earn those stains :D.
Third - glitter! I love glitter! I love purple glitter, and touch of gold just made this one regal combo.
On my thumb and ring finger I applied one coat of Hit the Bottle - Purple Reign. It took one coat only - this is stamping polish after all, so coverage was not an issue whatsoever.
For glitter gradient I used Klean Color - Sparkle Purple. That is pretty purple glitter suspended in clear base. I applied it with small piece of sponge, and took only couple of layers for full coverage.
I stamped with Hit the Bottle - Hello Buttercup, and image is from Messy Mansion MM45 stamping plate.
In the centre of the design, I placed one clear rhinestone from MoYou London.
Everything was topped with Seche Vite top coat for a high gloss, and manicure that I was wearing three days to work, because I liked it, despite teasing of hubby.
I hope you will like this too. It is nice to do something different from time to time.
We survived another week, and that calls for cheers!
Yay! ,_.
