Last week I received some soak-off gels for review from Madam Glam, and I am doing wear test on the first out of two gels I got. Luckily I have album full of photos that I will finally had a chance to post, with a little delay - but hey, better now than never...
I have so many ideas, and on the weekends, I sometimes do several designs that I obviously have a need to do, and not all of them make it through. Sometimes they are so far behind, I just pass them as an ancient history...
* Base for today's manicure is gorgeous Different Dimension - Let Your Gourd Down. This is holographic polish in a color of "pumpkin pie stuffing" as I described it to a friend. It does look like it to me, and is almost good enough to eat. Here is the swatch.
I love every polish I got from Different Dimension, and if you have opportunity, I would greatly recommend this brand. This one applied like a dream, and shown above is one coat only of this deliciousness. Heart eyes all over. I also wore this to work for a several days without any chipping or any major tip wear. As I already said before, this may not be a color I would pick myself, but I am glad I own it. Holographic effect is really strong with this one, and I am really curious it this one wold stamp. It is on my to do list though.
I do love fabric designs, and plaid is totally on the top of my favourite designs to do.
First I stamped with Esmaltes da Kelly - Fiasca (deep olive stamping polish), then with Doguito (ivory) using image from DN-020 stamping plate.
Over that, I layered lines (one at the time) using Kaleidoscope stm.-08 Red and image from DN-022.
This kind of reminded me of Burberry design, only with my little holo twist. Because I am twisted ^_^.
This level of layering would not be possible without Clear jelly stamper. There is no way I would make all of those decals and then try to layer them later on...
Clear jelly stamper is best invention ever!
There is good mixture of indoors and outdoors (sunny) photos for you to see this beauty. I just thought those are too pretty not to share. And for a change, one of my dahlias as prop... they are gone now from my garden, but I still loved to see it on the photo. Sunshine and flowers - who can wish for more!
I hope your week will be fantastic. I will try to make my week that way.
Cheers!
