I made decal of this super cute polar bear cub - at least I claim it is a cub. He looks bit confused, doesn't he? I set him up in the middle of the Aurora Borealis. That is what is confusing him so much - mother nature light show, which made him a star.
If you ever had a chance to watch dancing light on the dark sky, you would now how hard they would be to capture. I did try, but without much success.
Base for this manicure is beautiful Parrot Polish - The Lioness of Brittany. This gorgeous polish have a rainbow of it`s own, and I hated to cover it up with my lame drawing.
Aurora is done by using white striping polish, over which I put some sheer polishes. I also added few white stars, while I was at it, but with all of the shimmery holographic goodness, they kind of got lost.
I made decal using Bundle Monster BM-S156 from Fuzzy and ferocious set 1. I dotted different Hit the bottle stamping polishes on the plate, as I wanted to achieve rainbow-y coloring around the polar bear, but my nails are too short, and all the colors but blue/purple that I wanted for a body of the bear are invisible. That color is Electric indigo, but I also added some Hello Buttercup, Poison Apple, Psycho pink and I wish I was a mermaid. You could see them all on my stamper though...
