I did dry marble on the peace of the parchment paper. Some ladies do it directly on the nail, but I find it too messy for my taste, and if I don't like it, there is no need for taking it off and trying again - just move on to a fresh piece of paper... Only thing with me is that I think that I overwork dry marble and mix colors too much. It is really easy technique. Just do 'blobs' of polish on the nail or parchment paper, then swirl it with a toothpick or doting tool until you reach desired design. You can also add more color if you think you need it, and swirl some more.
For this look I used only 3 polishes: Sally Hansen - Statemint . It's name contain mint, but to me this color is anything but mint. To me, its is like sprouted grass green crème polish that scream - Spring.
Essence - Here's my number - slightly textured gun metal gray with tons of glitter. I was concerned how this will work with rest, but my fear was unfounded. I like how it blended, and I also did some freehand design on my ring finger.
Kozmic Colours metallic green is the one I choose to represent Peridot.
Few more square studs and it was all done. I think I like the square studs the best and I use any opportunity to use it.
