I survived being quiet and still for couple of hours...
Anyhow, Beautometry prompt for second week of their contest is Owls.
After I came home last night from work, I went happily to do something owl related, and head swarming with ideas, to scrape them one at the time off of my nails.
This is third and final version. Final is just because I could not think straight any more, was ready for a bed, and I hated this the least...
It is not that this is that bad, just that it did not fulfill expectations in my head.
I started with gradient over white base.
For gradient, all polishes used are from China Glaze - Rose among thorns, Flip Flop Fantasy and Sun Worshiper. I think that this is my favourite gradient combo. I liked it so much, I was considering (for a hot minute) to stop there and call the day.
Obviously, I continued. I stamped image from MoYou London - Mother Nature collection 11 using A England - Crown of thistles. This is one of my recent purchases, and I've been lusting over it for almost two years. I just have to get together and use it for a full manicure.
I made owl decals using images from JQ-L09 and most of my Esmaltes da Kelly stamping polishes.
Everything is sealed with Seche top coat.
I would greatly appreciate your votes on Beautometry Instagram and Facebook page. Only entries with their blue and white logo votes count in this contest.
I wish you all fantastic day.
Cheers, or should I say HOO HOO HOORAY!
