I always loved classic grey/yellow mix, and with little bit of white, looks like Summer! Yeah! Even though I don't rally like the heat, I love summers - I think all of those childhood memories just start popping in my head when I think about it. I am very nostalgic lately...hmmm... am I getting soft? Ooops, here goes my street creed.
I used few different polishes today - White is Essence - Snow alert - I love Essence brushes, so I made sure that I always have one or two Essence white polishes kicking around. My Wild white ways was all out, and this one was on sale - you have no idea how much I like sales!
This time I did not fiddle with striping tape, but went ahead and stamped my stripes - much faster, less frustrating - what else girl can wish for. Stripy image is on HK-09 stamping plate, and grey is the one I franken from extra white stamping polish in which I added some black to desired shade.
Yellow polish is Finger Paints - Yellow out man, and I love all of the Finger Paints polishes I own. They are easy to work with - no streaking and good self leveling, fast drying, and nicely pigmented, so one or two coats is all that takes.
Over stripes I stamped first with Girly Bits Cosmetics - Silly Daffodilly, then with Hit the Bottle - Hello Buttercup, image is from Bundle Monster BM-414.
Anchor is on BM-08 stamping plate, stamped first with mine light grey, then with M Polishes - Iron. As you can tell, I love shadow stamping, and this time I used slightly lighter crème first, then stamped over with metallic polish shade deeper.
One star shaped stud was enough to finish this summery manicure.
