Truth is, I own this L'Oréal polish - Hidden Gems for a while now, and it was time to crack open that lid! This is textured glittery polish that dries to a matte finish. It have gold and blue and teal glitter suspended in a dark base. It is really pretty in the bottle, but it did not show that much of the teal shimmer when on the nail. I also added top coat, because I just loved how this polish looked with the top coat!
Looking at it, I could not resist but to stamp some scaly design all over. I decided to complement pale gold glitter in the polish by stamping with a pale gold polish. For stamping I picked Color Club - 24 Below, and image is on stamping plate HK-03.
I have to tell you that I am impressed with HK-series plates I purchased on Ali Express. Some of the plates I purchased are not as high on quality, but these are great. I love all the images, and finding myself reaching for them over and over again.
I did wear this to work for a couple of days, and design was not in-your-face type of design, glittery base absorbed most of the stamping, so you really had to look close to realize that I did not just wear plain old glitter.
