You don't need to go vampy red/black combo, and proof is my manicure today.
I purchased this gorgeous Nicole by OPI - Mer-maid for each other on the clearance in local drugstore. I almost left it behind, but eventually, I could not leave store without this gorgeous multi chrome that goes from gold to green to teal, and is mesmerising to look at. I knew I had to use it right away.
I settled on negative space, because what is sexier than showing off little bit of skin?
You have no idea how hard I had to fight the urge to stamp scales all over this, because this beauty was just screaming for it. I decided on lace. I used black for stamping, just because I did not want any other color to fight over for attention. Do I have to even say that my photos are not giving this beauty any justice? If you look hard enough, you might catch some glimpse of teal... especially on index finger on the first photo.
Stamping was done with Sally Hansen - Black Heart and QA-51 stamping plate. I freehand edge with black striping polish.
I also used my clear jelly stamper for easier placement of lace, and also added some rhinestones for a bit of bling.
Top coated with Glisten@Glow - HK-girl top coat.
I've done this manicure last week, and wore it for most of it. I got so many compliments on it, and I was really sorry to see it go. I hope you will like this as much as I did.
