I did manicure very similar to this one almost two years ago to the day... must be all of that chocolate overload that made me think in chocolate...
This was few months after I started my blog, and my photos left lots to be desired, there is no watermark - I did not know how to place it on my photos back then, my post was about quarter page long, and this was the only photo... Yeah.
Thing is, it is nice to see how much progres I made in last two years.
I used the same image though, and that made me think about this manicure...
This time, I decided to go with little bit different approach.
Lately I lost so many corners on my nails, which are so brittle due to the cold, and me being outside doing showeling without gloves... each of these expeditions left me with at least one corner less, and I decided to give my nails some needed reinforcement.
I applied one step soak off gel by Madam Glam - Baby Pink. I wanted no wipe gel so I can apply some chrome powder... I wanted to celebrate New Year with some chrome nails, even though I was staying home and went to bed soon after the midnight...
Chrome powder was from Born Pretty Store, item #30892. To save on any non sale item, you can use my discount code SHGK31, good for 10% off at the checkout.
After I cured gel top coat, I was ready to try what I invisioned in my head...
I applied one coat of L'Oreal - Jolly lolly - bright red jelly, that showed pink over chrome base.
I proceeded with double stamping the image from Cheeky Jumbo D stamping plate first with Mundo de Unas - Black, then with White.
To protect stamping, I applied Love, Angeline - Topped with love top coat.
I actually have video tutoria on my Instagram page IG@hefersanja if you are interested to see.
I was seriously considering purchasing some pink Lindor for my photos, but that is infamous almond, so I decided that original will do for this...
This manicure was borderline fail, but despite everything, I actually liked this manicure, and I was wearing it since Friday. I replaced it with something fun I will show you in few days.
Cheers!
