In my defense, bubbles can be quite hypnotizing to a little ones. Did you ever observed small child looking wide eyes at glistening soap bubbles, and look of surprize/shock when they manage to touch one, and it bursts!
I used white base for this manicure - Essence - Snow Alert. I have too many untried polishes, and I wanted to use as many as I can, to continue with my untired challenge.
Here, I did smoosh - I dropped random polish on my mat, and using my big squishy stamper, I would dipped it into those drops, smooshing the colors together creating marble like effect, and then transfer it from my stamper to my nails. There I quite a few YouTube tutorials out there if you are interested in learning more about this technique. Beauty of this is randomness of the marble, which allows for unique look for every nail, and every manicure.
Smoosh is done on my index and mid fingernail, and reminds me of cotton candy. My untried polishes were: Sinful Colors - Bali Mist, Ardene - Twinkle and Ardene - Bonne Nuit. Smoosh was covered with GGal - Green Suede Shoes. After that I proceeded with freehand painting bubbles with white striping polish.
For other nails I just did plain stamping using the plate I have for a while, but did not get much around to use it. This is single oversized image of concentric circles, that I stamped over two nails to make the illusion of continuous pattern. Stamping is done with Mundo de Unas - Black, and plate I used is Born Pretty BPL-027. I did purchased this plate, and if you are interested I do have 10% off code for Born Pretty Store SHGK31. This is good on any/all full priced items in the store.
Cheers!
