I did black and white combo last winter, so decided to try new combination.
Base is absolutely stunning Zoya - Giovanna, emerald green shimmery metallic polish.
On the swatch, I am wearing two coats, no top coat.
I was looking for this color forever, and when I spotted Giovanna at Marshals couple of weeks ago, I knew I have to have it. This one did not leave my hand until I came home. I love, love, love it!
I decided to do manicure very similar to one I did couple of years ago, even though this was done in a absolutely different color scheme...
I stamped houndstooth design with Mundo de Unas - Black, and image is on Nicole Diary ND 112 stamping plate. I used this plate for a plaid design recently, and there is few different fabric inspired designs on this plate, and I see myself using it a lot.
Dress image is on Gals GA 1 stamping plate, and I stamped it first with Mundo de Unas - Black, and then with Maybelline - Bold Gold.
All is topped with Seche top coat.
Of course, fabric is not shiny (as a rule), and because I was curious how will this look matted, I had to try it with matte top coat. As always, I used Sally Hansen - Big matte top coat.
I did not mind it matted, but I have to admit, I liked it better glossy.
Which one you like better?
