Today we have untried polish. Not one, not two but three polishes will see the light of the day in this manicure.
First polish I want to introduce you to is Love, Angeline - Amuse Bouche's, applied over white undies - OPI - Put a coat on!
To this, I added accent nail that have another Love, Angeline polish - Prototype. Prototype is mixed size gold holographic glitter, that I applied over Amuse Bouche's. Both polishes came in a grab bag I treated myself with for my birthday.
Recently, I was in local Dollar Store, and I came across some Maybelline polishes that were only a 1$ each - I found few of them that I liked. I would say they were mostly retired shades, or unavailable in Canadian retail stores, and when I spotted few from Metallic collection, I had to have them. Bold gold is only one from this collection that is available in stores, and we all know that this is one of my favourite gold polishes for stamping. I paired Maybelline - Amethyst Ablaze with my pink and gold base, and I was hoping it would be visible. In retrospect, I should of use black stamping polish. That is not because Amethyst Ablaze is not good for stamping, but because this pink is borderline neon, and tends to 'drawn' colors that are not strong enough...
This also might be because feathered image from Bundle Monster BM-S308 is so delicate and airy as is, Amethyst Ablaze did not have a chance. I also used Bold Gold to double stamp over some of the feathers for little bit of different look.
I hope that you will like this... if not, well... there is always tomorrow.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
