no I will tell you about what I have done here. Background was done by 'smushing' sheer polishes on my mat with my stamper, and applying it to white base. White is Sally Hansen - White on, and for sheer polishes I used OPI - I'm never amberrassed and Essie - Highest bidder, Point of blue and Pen and inky form their water color collection. I was going for that water color feel to it.
This done, there is a story to go with this: Beautiful lady put on her breathtaking lace gown, and stepped in the front of her window, opened shutters so she can enjoy fireworks display over the Paris. It is really easy to know in which city this is happening, as there is Eiffel tower in the view...
To translate this into nail art, I did simple stamping over my 'water color' base. Using Sally Hansen - Black heart I stamped images from BC-05 stamping plate.
All finished with Glisten&Glow HK-Girl top coat.
I really liked this, so wore this to work for a few days, and you would be surprized how many ladies asked me if those are Jamberry nail wraps...
