Rant over.
I have so many exiting things to share with you, so I better start. First thing first - I just can't wait to show you the most beautiful shade China Glaze made to date - Pearl Jammin'. Well, it is the prettiest in my humble opinion, but here is the swatch, so you can judge yourself.
I wanted something special over Perl Jammin' - and one of the surprize plates that Vivian from Born Pretty Store sent me was calling my name. I was really happy to see that one, as it was on my wish list. I am so happy that I can cross this item off of my list.
This is one of the plates that every level of stamping lover can and should have in their collection. You can use single color or multi colors, straight stamping or making decals or doing led lighting techique... possibilites, possibilities.
On the top of it, those are such an timeless designs, that can be used all year long, for any occasion, and still look amazing.
I actually did video tutorial for my Instagram account, so you can check how I used this plate, and another item I got for review.
This other item I also had on my wish list, and was so happy that was offered for a review.
This is Dual XL Clear Jelly Stamper with rhinestone cap and two scrapers, item #36148.
I prepared little collage for this stamper - was bit better prepared for this review. Stamper came in cute see through box with snowflake design, very similar to the box of Christmas Starry Sky Silicone head - item 36395 I showed you yesterday. This stamper came with two scrapers identical to the ones from yesterday review. But you are probably more interested in a stamper than in a pretty box...
This stamper came with two silicone see through heads. One is little bit flatter than the other one, and for some reason, that is the one I prefer. Second one can be better for a pick up of smaller images. Both heads are around 4 cm across, and medium firm. There was no need for a priming of those heads - they are ready to stamp straight from the box. Holder itself is clear plastic cylinder. What I like is that there is no narrowing to obscure vision in any way, and clear stock allows all the light you need, to go through and make placement on the nail a breeze. Each end of the cylinder has a cap, one has rhinestones sealed in the double bottom, and is also used for storing of the second head, while other, plain lid is to protect head from drying out and from dust. You do not put those babies near any acetone, or it will dissolve them. To clean stamper head you can use lint roller or just any tape. I always have lint roller handy when I stamp - such an quick and effective way to clean any leftover stamping polish off before picking up fresh image for a next nail...
Now, when I introduced you with items I used, let us get straight to the manicure.
I stamped two different images from BP-L054. Smaller two images I placed on outside nails - index and pinky, while full sized ones I stamped on my mid and ring finger.
For stamping I used Mundo de Unas - Black stamping polish, and when I was done, with a small brush, I applied some pretty glittery polish that played on shimmer of my base. Glitter polish was Eighty4 - Citrine.
Whole manicure was Topped with love by Love, Angeline top coat.
Plate is awesome, with beautiful designs and well etched lines that will ensure clean pick up. This was my very first manicure with the stamper that I used straight from the box, and as with everything else, I needed to adjust to it. That is the reason why some of the lines did not transfer perfectly. It also did not help that I did open the box in the front of the camera, while making video tutorial. No pressure there...
My second manicure was much better, but you will have to wait until tomorrow to see it.
