I know that we just started with the Fall thing, and I am surely not looking towards the Winter, so here I am out with Spring design.
This would not be weird if I am in Australia now. There is spring there, and somewhere are cherry blossoming trees...
So let us celebrate Spring Down Under, and what better way that to do it with polishes that came to me from Australia.
I think I used this polish once before, and I might even swatch it then, but I decided to do it again, just to be on the safe side.
I stamped scalloped pattern on the bottom portion of my nails using clear jelly stamper, Essie - Nothing else metals and hehe 045 stamping plate.
Over that, using the different image from the same plate, I stamped leafy design using another Aussie favourite of mine Hit the Bottle - Cactus juice. I love Hit the bottle stamping polishes, and they are coming in a wide array of colors and finishes. I was pinning after Cactus juice for a while, and I felt like a million bucks when I scored one when there was restock on Beutometry.com. No, I am not endorsed by Beautometry (I wish), this is just one of the sights I hang around...
On the top of my branches, I freehand some blossoms with acrylic paint.
Topped with Seche Vite - Fast drying top coat.
This is the part where my Sally Hansen - Big Matte Top Coat came to play... I matted this manicure, and got another day or two of wear...
as you could probably tell, above photos were taken indoors, as weather did not cooperate, but after I put matte top coat, there was some five minutes of sun, and I did not wanted it to go to waste, so you will see matte version in natural light. Photos taken during my lunch hour...
Isn't it amazing how mere top coat can completely change look of the manicure.
This is it from me.
Cheers.
