Heat is still going on without any indication of slowing down, but I guess, that is what we should expect in the Summer. All too soon, we will get too cold, and I will cry for the sunshine! LOL! Who can please us all!
To distract myself from thinking of the stuff I can not change, I keep myself busy with the things I can, like changing the nail polish. LOL!
As a base, I used here Essie - Punch it up. This polish is one from their color + strengthening treatment line, and every time I try the new shade, I am going through the anxiety phase. Those polishes are applied without the base coat, and I am always worried about the staining. My natural nails are stained minimally considering that my nails are always polished, but in the same time, I kept them stain free because I never use the nail polish without the good base coat, unless I am doing a quick swatches, when I am using the UNT - Ready for take off, peel of base coat.
Have to say that from the few colors I purchased from this line, I did not have any staining whatsoever, and that is always a good news for anyone that wants to purchase them.
Vast majority (99.9%) of the polishes I use in my posts are purchased by myself, and if they are gifted, I would make a note. I have no reason to tweak the truth. I just passing on my experience, and if I can help at least one person, I am happy.
Worse thing is the purchasing a hyped about product and then be disappointed.
Back to Punch it up - pretty muted coral color with some gold shimmers that is really flattering against the skin tone, so I am really glad I got it.
I wanted something pretty and girly over it, and pretty butterflies filled the bill.
Images are on Uber Chic - UC 24-01 stamping plate, and I love that those butterflies are layering images.
I used Hit the Bottle - I am woman, hear me pour and MoYou London - Galaxy. Loved this almost tone on tone look. In the end I added some star flares over the single butterfly like a pixie dust...
That was a bit of the overkill, but if you know something, that is that I am little bit "extra"...
I hope you are safe and cool wherever you are.
Cheers!
