This is Parrot Polish - Lady Elizabeth Killigrow.
First layer looked sheer and streaky, but all was fixed with second coat. On above photos, I am wearing three thin coats, and no top coat.
I did not apply black base, just this amazingly beautiful polish.
Of course I stamped on the top of this.
For stamping, I used Creative Shop 41 stamping plate.
I stamped in two colors, so over the leaves, I placed Dance Legend - 07 Green, and over the flowers I used Mundo de Unas - Papyrus. Color difference was not stark, but rather soft, and that is actually the way I wanted this to look. It created that vintage look I love so much. I call this vintage with the modern twist.
I topped this with Seche fast drying top coat, for a high shine.
I could totally see this as an embroidery on the bodice of the velvet Victorian gown...
I hope you will like this too.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
Cheers!
