As a base I did smoosh, using Color Club - Je ne sais quoi, L'Oréal - Are you jealous? and Essie - Leggy legend. Leggy legend is also used as a base for an accent nail.
Last week I received order from DRK Nails, and there were four new stamping polishes by La Femme - Brazilian indie maker. I used yellow one, named Amarelo. It stamps like a charm, and is still bright yellow even over black base - which makes me happy. I stamped with Amarelo over Mundo de Unas - Black.
Tribal design is on HK-06 stamping plate, while African woman is from Helen 05 stamping plate. This image I wanted to use ever since I got Helen set, and that was no brainer. I think I was just too lazy to go through my plates for better tribal design...
On my pinky I went with another layer of stamping with another La Femme - Verde perolado (I would translate this as shimmery green). As you can tell, this one is also fantastic for stamping.
I could not resist to pose with my miniature decorative drum...that is replica of full sized I have. Once I tried to use full sized drum for nail photos, and it was not raging success.
This replica is always on my desk, and what says Africa more than tribal drum!
